Champion a culture that empowers and engages all staff, mentor and coach supervisor and care providers, minimizing attrition. Oversee effective patient experience and care planning in line with the organization's clinical goals and service delivery standards.

Provided in-home Nutrition consultations to clients in their homes (and virtually, as appropriate, during the pandemic).
Liased with the local HCCSS Care Coordinators on client care plans.
Took role of Dietitian Team practice lead in March of 2020, and Care Supervisor-Therapy in February 2021.

Coordinated Student Nutrition Programs across Oxford County in Elementary and High Schools. Involved in program planning, preparing grant proposals, overseeing budget, program monitoring and evaluation. Chaired Ontario Student Nutrition Program Partnership committee.

Evaluated health behavior change phone calls to EatRight Ontario and scored calls based on the use of behavior change techniques.
Conducted surveys with EatRight Ontario’s Registered Dietitians, and provided feedback on use of behavior change techniques.
